Notably, <\/span><b>TB people Ukraine presented the OneImpact platform<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, demonstrating its role in strengthening patient support, monitoring barriers to care, and amplifying community voices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Oxana Rucsineanu from Moldova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> shared her insights on the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peer support landscape in the Republic of Moldova<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, highlighting current practices, challenges, and opportunities for further development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants presented peer-to-peer support models, practical community-based tools, approaches to improving treatment adherence, and key challenges faced by patients.
