At this meeting, TB-affected communities and civil society groups shared a joint statement. This message came from the Key &amp; Vulnerable Population Delegation, Community Delegation, Developing Countries NGO Delegation, and Developed Country NGOs Delegation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The statement calls for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keeping communities at the center of the TB response<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong political commitment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fair and sustainable funding<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support for community-led programs like the Challenge Facility for Civil Society (CFCS), which helps make TB programs more accountable and inclusive<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We thank the Stop TB Partnership Board for ensuring community voices were heard, and our partners \u2014 Unitaid, the Government of France, the Global Drug Facility, and the Stop TB Secretariat \u2014 for investing in community systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now we ask all donors, public and private, to increase and sustain support for community engagement.
